How you found out about roller derby: I saw a flyer while at an open skating session with my kid; I was hooked after watching my first practice
Date you started with the Jacksonville Roller Girls: July 2009
Favorite derby moment during a bout: Having my mom and sister in the stands cheering us on in New Orleans
Favorite derby moment during an after party: The most unforgettable was being on Bourbon Street chanting ‘no mas!’ with Rawk <3
Favorite after party drink: Anything sweet will do
Favorite bout you played in: New Jax (121) vs Tally (84), June 2010. We worked so hard for this win, victory was sweet. Also, in Nov 2012 RCRP played Savannah, it meant more to me than I would know. My mom was in town and got to see me skate, I got MVP Blocker and it was unknowingly my last bout. A month later I had my 3rd spinal surgery that would take me off my skates. I was told I’d never skate again. It’s 2014…and I’m baaaaack! *Maybe* I’ll see you out on the track =)

Do you have a derby wife: Cinderellen, she’s the only one that can keep me on my toes! And she finishes my….sandwiches! Elle Train will always have a special place in my <3
